چکیده

Let M be a real hypersurface of complex space form n ( c ) $M^n(c)$ , ≠ 0 $c\ne 0$ . Suppose that the structure vector field ξ is an eigen Ricci tensor S, S = β $S\xi =\beta \xi$ being function. We study on M, gradient pseudo-Ricci soliton g f λ μ $M,g,f,\lambda ,\mu$ extended concept soliton, closely related to pseudo-Einstein hypersurfaces. When ≥ 3 $n\ge 3$ we show Hopf hypersurface.

Pseudo Ricci symmetric real hypersurfaces of a complex projective space

Pseudo Ricci symmetric real hypersurfaces of a complex projective space are classified and it is proved that there are no pseudo Ricci symmetric real hypersurfaces of the complex projective space CPn for which the vector field ξ from the almost contact metric structure (φ, ξ, η, g) is a principal curvature vector field.

Gradient Kähler Ricci Solitons

Some observations about the local and global generality of gradient Kähler Ricci solitons are made, including the existence of a canonically associated holomorphic volume form and vector field, the local generality of solutions with a prescribed holomorphic volume form and vector field, and the existence of Poincaré coordinates in the case that the Ricci curvature is positive and the vector fie...

Rigidity of Gradient Ricci Solitons

We define a gradient Ricci soliton to be rigid if it is a flat bundle N×ΓR k where N is Einstein. It is known that not all gradient solitons are rigid. Here we offer several natural conditions on the curvature that characterize rigid gradient solitons. Other related results on rigidity of Ricci solitons are also explained in the last section.

Real Hypersurfaces and Complex Analysis

1480 NOTICES OF THE AMS VOLUME 42, NUMBER 12 T he theory of functions (what we now call the theory of functions of a complex variable) was one of the great achievements of nineteenth century mathematics. Its beauty and range of applications were immense and immediate. The desire to generalize to higher dimensions must have been correspondingly irresistible. In this desire to generalize, there w...

Non-embeddable Real Algebraic Hypersurfaces

We study various classes of real hypersurfaces that are not embeddable into more special hypersurfaces in higher dimension, such as spheres, real algebraic compact strongly pseudoconvex hypersurfaces or compact pseudoconvex hypersurfaces of finite type. We conclude by stating some open problems.
